In an era of rapid demographic change and evolving political dynamics, Utah's K-20 educators face unique challenges and opportunities in serving their increasingly diverse student populations. This year's conference centers on expanding our collective reach across Utah’s urban, suburban, and rural districts, strengthening educational networks, and equipping all leaders with practical tools for culturally responsive practice tailored to our state.
